@kaidey333 Winter Cicada is actually a spin off of Haru Wo Deita ita They are both actors Winter Cicada is a movie that they do in that series they just don't show all of it. but yes in this they both die. but that's also just the movie. if you can sorta get what i'm saying... Haru wo Deita Ita is very good so i suggest you read and watch it. the manga is still going but so worth it!

Fuyu no Semi is the film that the actors from Haru wo make in the manga, so Akizuki and Kusaka are literally the main characters from Haru wo acting the main characters in Fuyu no Semi. Kinda ironic, when you think about it: the movie in the manga was a longer ova series than the one based off the manga itself.

Cheer up .This anime is actually a spin off of another Youka Nitta's manga-Haru Wo Daiteita. Haru Wo Daiteita features a pair of AV actor-lovers --Katou and Iwaki. Winter Cicada is actually a movie starring Kauto and Iwaki. Katou plays Kusaka while Iwaki plays Akizuki. In alternate reality of manga Haru Wo Daiteita--both guys are married and live a "happily-ever after" bliss. So when you feel depressed watching Winter, tell yourselves the main casts are actually a happily-married couple.
