i saw the whole dvd and i feel like the whole thing is just about how to warm up and prepare your voice and not actually how to scream.  i would say 80% of the video is about how to warm up, 15% is interviewing people from the band, and the last 5% is how to scream. i wish she actually went in detail on how to scream and not these long exercises
