what he doesnt tell you that in his voltage doubler circuit he has his diodes backwards so his configuration will do nothing but blow up diodes and cost you an ass load of money - second the charging choke will only create impedance that is not good for your MOT or diodes - third the static gap is in the wrong place and will do nothing in series with the rotary gap
I feel its important we all record this kind of information into our personal archives .. and find some way we can be sure to run our computer on a batter powered by a solar generator or a steam generator of some kind .. so that if the internet dies and civilization breaks down .. we have a wealth of information reserved fror future generations .. Think the Fires of Alexandria x 1 million when you think the end of the internet.

i dont know many of those big words in other responses but well done. No offense but it sort of looks like hes been playing too much with the tesla coil if you know what i mean lol.
harder to wind - a conventional transformer can be dismantled, the coil wound on a former, and the laminations replaced. Got to wind a toroid in in one go.
