Why do they not respond when he gets little cuts?

There is no telling how much time each week she spent with the animal, no telling how much training the whale needed to take on each day, etc etc... there are tons of factors in a situation like that you aren't considering.

@lrpv1688 I've had to explain this to sooooo many people... Tim was an idiot plain and simple. He DID NOT know "his" animals nearly as well as Kevin knows his animals. Plus he camped in an area he knew wasn't safe with open food. Not sharp thinking. As for getting scratched up here and there.. of course that's happened plenty of times but nothing serious. Kevin has been attacked by an animal... A male lion named Tsavo. And Kevin was at fault (he explains this in his book).
Unfortunately yesterday evening Tuesday at 9:56 pm Kevin Richardson was mauled by 3 lions as he was attempting to potty. He was rushed by ambulance to a nearby hospital whereby shortly after he was pronounced dead, R.I.P K.R.
How long before they snap his neck ? I love this guy and I love animals but I don't know man, this is wrong. Risking your life like that for our enjoyment? I still miss Steve Irwin. What an horrific death that was.

I once walked with an adult tiger in Thailand for a bit on the road, directing it with only my hand and a subtle touch on his shoulder with no what so ever safety precautions ... just the tiger and me. Feeling his muscle power play while he walked was simply ... awesome.
Animals are our little sisters and brothers...once you live this there is no boundaries anymore. You feel unite.

@lrpv1688 That's a very underinformed thing to say. You are an animal too. I don't see your insticts getting the better of you. There is no such thing as the "true nature" of an animal. Every being on this planet grows up and develops their personalities according to their experiences, environment, family, blah, blah, blah.. He has been doing this for something like 12 years now (13?). He is nearly to the end of Tau and Napoleon's life & he has been with them since they were a couple months old.

@Leidachinaman really, then how can you explain the death of timothy treadwell? even though hes been with these animals hes still in danger of getting killed. dont tell me he hasnt experienced getting scratched and attacked ever by an animal? even the bear whisperer from alaska have been injured by the bears he loved.

@lrpv1688 I've had to explain this to sooooo many people... Tim was an idiot plain and simple. He DID NOT know "his" animals nearly as well as Kevin knows his animals. Plus he camped in an area he knew wasn't safe with open food. Not sharp thinking. As for getting scratched up here and there.. of course that's happened plenty of times but nothing serious. Kevin has been attacked by an animal... A male lion named Tsavo. And Kevin was at fault (he explains this in his book).

Unfortunately yesterday evening Tuesday at 9:56 pm Kevin Richardson was mauled by 3 lions as he was attempting to potty. He was rushed by ambulance to a nearby hospital whereby shortly after he was pronounced dead, R.I.P K.R.

How long before they snap his neck ? I love this guy and I love animals but I don't know man, this is wrong. Risking your life like that for our enjoyment? I still miss Steve Irwin. What an horrific death that was.

I once walked with an adult tiger in Thailand for a bit on the road, directing it with only my hand and a subtle touch on his shoulder with no what so ever safety precautions ... just the tiger and me. Feeling his muscle power play while he walked was simply ... awesome.
Animals are our little sisters and brothers...once you live this there is no boundaries anymore. You feel unite.
One of the utmost happy feelings I ever had.
