Well I suppose you get what you train for, and I only train for strength really, for the olympic lifts, but I was very strong for my size back then... you should take a look at Clarence0 Channell, he is unbelievably strong for his age and size, he's only 17, weighs 80 kg and can do things like a 240 kg deadlift, 175 kg clean and jerk etc, hes phenominal!

could i ask, say week after week how much weight are you increasing your deadlift, im at 110kg x 10 reps and i increase about 2.5 or 5 kg, does it get really slow at the weight ur lifting? sorry if i sound like a retard lol :) but keep it up u shuld be proud ey

Well i can say that deadlift is really hard to improve on compaired to squats and bench say and ye its hard work, but luckily i was always good at them. your lucky then, iv struggled from the beginning with ma genetics , i remeber when i first started training i couldnt do a single pushup or situp, n my body was like the opposite of v shaped it was bigger at the hips lol, o ok ye i shuld start doin squats, never done em but ill start next weak real light :0 but ye thanx for that im hoping to reach 200kg maybe end of next year o and dw about the program thanx anyway, well ill be waiting to see a video of you soon doing 300kg deadlift lmao :)

Good work, its impressive. But focus on form and not just dropping the bar in the middle of the rep. Take it to failure the proper waay. Cheers

221 is the raw British record for U18 in the 75kg class mate. 196&1/2 in the 67.5 class and 215 in the 82.5 class!
