I by my third watch i had it down. the cards are arranged on the top of the deck like this: Queen(top), Ace, Ace, Queen. first move he just shows the top card and gives it to Emmitt, next he performs a triple lift showing the second queen. then he gives Emmitt the top card (ace) and switches it for the queen. then he brings his hands back to the deck and puts the queen back on top and takes the ace which is right under it. gives Emmitt the ace, trick done.
blaine is deceptive because he talks sleepy and acts half asleep so no one expects him to be fast, but his hands are. i think he puts on his 'slowness' a lot. :P
After giving queen of diamonds he does a double flip and shows queen of hearts which actually is an ace then he takes away queen of diamonds, right at that moment (0:57) he switches queen of diamonds with another ace from the deck, he does this part really quickly and away from the camera so no one would know , then he puts the ace card instead of queen of diamonds into spectators hand and tells to turn over there you go two aces instead of two queens.
so when he flips it over theres 2 black aces on top of the deck, he swited the first one in the explanation and then did a top change to change the queen he had in his hand with the ace on top of the deck. Usually when i perform this trick i palm the queens and pull em out of my pocket or of its a female, out of their long hair :)

What you don't get cak is ALL tricks are easy to perform. The thing is, 99 % are tough to do WELL! You can do this trick, big deal, so can I, but I can guarentee you that you have no technique, it's all messy and it doesn't flow as it does with Blaine. Big difference!
well your wrong dawg and I disagree about the 99% thing....learning a trick IS learning it well, once you actualy learned how to preform a trick you should have the technique at least half way perfect
thats the great thing about magic besides a few tricks and some flourishes its easy to do but with some good showmanship and the power of misdirection it will look like magic to your spectator :]

hes from the hood and knows the game 3cm, and has probily seen people shot/beat up over it.
3cm itself is not a people friendly game for magicians, I understand exactly what he was thinking
I myself have been threatened with guns and chased down over that game(over very small ammounts of money and also have not even done it long)
