@willow2171 Well celebrities need the paparazzi for publicity. Publicity makes celebrities known in the industry and the world. If there's no buzz around your name, you don't get offered million dollar contracts or auditions for leading roles. So, trust me, celebrities love the paparazzi cause they wouldn't be famous without them.

@emergencyexit16 That is just partly true. Yes, celebrities need publicity, which they want, but that doesn't mean they want to give up ALL of their personal life. Everyone wants some privacy once in a while. It might be nice to be able to just go out and buy a cup of coffee without having to dress up like you were going to the Oscars in case your picture ends up on the front page! And chasing down celebrities might even lead to accidents - just see what happened to Princess Diana!
