I hate to say it (because Air Canada has lack-luster service), but this IS an AIr Canada flight, and yes, it did originate from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Air Canada tends to do announcements in English and French always (because English and French are official languages of Canada and as a nation-wide company they are expected to keep the languages equal), plus another popular language for the region. Spanish is popular in Florida, so it is used. For example, on flights to Germany, German will be used (as well as French and English). Air Transat does the same, and so does West Jet, as this is a standard of service that is expected by Canadians.
In response to racsito39: for the same reason that TAM (brazilian airline), in a domestic flight, announce the welcome in Portuguese, English and FRENCH!!! when their flights arrive in my city (Belém). This happens 'cause of the proximity of French Guiana to Belém... There are many french people in these flights.
For all of you people afraid of flying here is when you should be worried the most....
when the plane is taxiing,
plane landing
plane taking off
and during turburlence
but other than that you should be fine
just remember.....
ALWAYS FLY with a DRUNK PILOT TO MAKE THE EXPERIENCE BETTER
:D

Wow....what interesting geography.
I never knew the waterfront of Miami was like that.
I'm surprised Air Canada would do their announcements
first in Spanish, then (presumably) English/French.

I don't get it, why would crew would announce the welcome in Spanish, if flight is from Toronto (French or English).
