@noosaho Though your comment is two months old, I'd thought I'd address it. I was part of the team that looked into this. We exhausted every lead and looked at as many records as we could find. It was concluded that the date on the tombstone in Knightstown was wrong. We never found out why it was wrong or who even bought and lettered the gravestone, but we have confirmed several times over that her actual birth year was in fact 1883.
