I believe if bush was arround and president before television and radio he might have been a great president, he got caught up and could not handle it. Facts are Facts and he dropped the fucking ball over and over, he did some good things but any president would have done the same good things as bush did. Bush did nothing special in a good way. sucks that i voted for him term one and on sept 11 2001 i said in 1 year we'll be in iraq (swear to god) my time line was off. sucks i was kinda right
Alot of what bush said and maybe tryed to do but failed i agree with but he fucked everything he did up. know what i mean now? he was not compitent enough to be a president and we are all paying for it now.
Im pro womens right, pro gay, pro do what you want. Im liberal on a persons rights to rule his life, ON BIG issues im very right wing far beyond bush but not in religious nutball way. Small gov used to protect me from harm is a good thing but i dont want them in my bedroom my neighbors bedroom of my girlfriends whomb. im socialy liberal but politicly conservitive. I just dont care about fags that want to marry or less crack babies on the streets
@ResearchForTruth75 Dude i said i was done fighting you, neither of us is going to change our minds, you keep bringing up iraq vs me saying bush was the worst president. Iraq was a ticking bomb anyway yes I agree but bush even fucked that up along with all his other mistakes I named. Something needed and needs to be done about small terror states as well as most of the ex-soviet union thank god its not bush leading the charge vs the next hot spot in anti terror headlines.
@nerfthegop You never said you were done, you asked for proof, I sent you some, you probably never read it, and that's why you're clueless to the facts!
"thank god its not bush leading the charge vs the next hot spot in anti terror " Yeah, I'm glad we have a strong determined leader like Obama handling foreign policy, hahaha.
"neither of us is going to change our minds" Why would my mind change when I'm following FACTS?
The basic misrepresentation made by criticsis to confuse the rationale for going to war with the selling of the decision to the American public. Selling anything to the public often uses graphic symbolisms instead of presenting the highly detailed and complex policy, law, and arguments. All arguments against the war begin with the claim that since no stockpiles were found, there was no reason to invade Iraq. But this argument can be made only by ignoring the 12 years of failed diplomacy.
Problem is you fools no nothing about what was said before the Iraq war began, let alone the history with Iraq since 1991. And I quote " By seeking WMD, these regimes pose a grave and growing danger. They could provide these arms to terrorists giving them the means to match their hatred. If we wait for threats to fully materialize, we will have waited too long." Amen President Bush!
You are an asshat.. he was by far the worst president in american history, if you disagree you have politics that make me want to move. You can agree with his ideas all you want, he dropped the ball over and over. Im not going to hate you but seriously come on what did he do right. if you can name one thing he did that was good for us that another president wouldnt have done i will never say another negitive thing about bush.. and it has to be something the world would agree is good.
So to say the worst by far seems a little premature, especially when it is obvious you are a line toting liberal, who believes that everything Bush ever did was wrong and a failure! Go back to reading Rolling Stone magazine!
So far is premature, that is just blah. Im open to the idea someone might be worse then him in the future, but he is the worst so far. Im consider myself a philosophical anarchist, true republicans make more sense to me which bush was not. Small goverment is the way to go. Im im not liberal at all. I might be socialy liberal in that i chose reason and logic over faith and mosic laws. I dont lump myself in with any of these people, bush dropped the ball. Remember 911 happened on his watch!
First off, all administrations face different challenges than former or future administrations. 9/11 did happen on his watch, but how can all the blame rest on his shoulders? What about the Clinton admin. Do you know the history of Bin Laden in the 90's and how many chances Clinton had to take him out? And if you consider yourself reasonable and logical then why don't you see that future threats needed a new thought process of thinking.
It takes many years to determine how succesful an administration turned out to be. At your age I seem to believe you have been very influenced by the whole Hollywood, musician, comedy show opinions who seem to reflect your age group therefore your centiments!
Try and find out how popular Lincoln was during his time, or better yet Harry Truman. He had lower approval ratings than Pres. Bush, now regarded by many as being in the top 10 because his actions made the future brighter for his country.
After 9/11 Bush was compelled to contemplate the direction terrorism might take in the future. On 9/11 it was a plane, we had to think outside the box. Remember months later the anthrax scare. This was possibly a hint to the future dangers America could face, mass death caused by forms of WMD. And of the rogue nations Bush spoke of, only Iraq consciously and consistently defied its own legal obligations(UN RESOLUTIONS).
War with Iraq didn't have to happen, but it wasn't our choice. Because of the anthrax scare, we took a look at what it would be like if someone with chemical or biological weapons, who shared a common hatred for the US with a terrorist organization, used this as the next form of attack on America. Because of his years of deception, deceit, and lies it was his option to honor the agreements he signed onto. (GulfWarTruce which allowed him to remain in power) Do you know the history?
Your simple minded question is kinda rhetorical. Any president can make the obvious choices. It is the tough, unpopular decisions that make and mark a real leader! His second term was marked with some major bad luck, but both Katrina(local gov) and the housing collapse(I can inform you as to what happened) really aren't problems that can be blamed solely on him! The shameful thing is I'm not claiming he was the best, he's just no where near the worst. And facts can back me up!
I have sent you 2 articles, I can only hope you take the time to look into them, click into them, and discover facts that media and politicians have distorted! It will do you some good on a historical level.
The bullshit about the "intelligence" being wrong only appeals to the non discerning. Our own intelligence said that Iraq no longer had weapons of mass destruction. He was in the room during the meeting where Rumsfeld said that they needed to connect Iraq to 9/11. Rumsfeld didn't say they needed to see if Iraq was involved. Too bad he doesn't admit the manufactured document by Habbush, the former Iraqi intelligence officer. Too bad he doesn't mention Habbush, and the 5 million dollar pay out that in reality is hush money.
"Imagine"....he keeps saying "Imagine"...He deals in hypotheticals. Killing other people on "what if" ideaology is bad policy.
After the U.S. gov't was blamed for not being pro active enough against Al Qaita and not preventing the 9/11 attacks, ya, I think it was obvious that they were going to be pro active against Iraq. If you want to prevent the worst case scenerio, then yes, you have to use your imagination to come up with what could happen. You can bet your enemies are using their imagination to do you as much harm as possible.
That's what's known as paranoia. It's a flaw in the thought process. You can sit there and dream up the most horrific imaginary scenario your mind can come up with.
However, you can't stop all bad things from happening, no matter how hard you try.
You have to know the difference between probability and possibility and act accordingly.
Bush made a terrible decision to go into Iraq. Then he tried to sell it by lying about it.
Terrorists win when they've got you making knee jerk reactions
He did not lie. He believed 100% that Iraq had WMD, as did Bill Clinton, the U.S. intelligence and the intelligence of many foreign countries. To say he lied, would mean he knew they didn't have any but said they did. That is NOT the case at all.
Al Qaita prior to 911 was merely a television network in saudi arabia and we gave the bullshit name as a scare tactic and a method of witch hunting by name. the terrorist do not call themselves Al Qaita.
Clearly by Bush's own statement Iraq didn't order the attack on 9/11. So exactly WHO DID?
Who could order the attack and have the ability to have the exact same thing being done in simulation on exactly the same day at the same time as the real thing so as to confuse NORAD!
Also who had the ability to tell NORAD to STAND DOWN? Certainly not Muslims in a cave or on a plane or anywhere else!
But Georgie Porgie, your govt and previous governments in office met and shook hands with this tyrant!!! At a time when his murdersom reign was at it's peak!! You supported him and his army and had strong international relations with Saddam! Why speak up now?? Ah, thats right, you need TOTAL control of the middle east don't you! Oil=Power=NWO...NEOCON fuckwits. Hope you all rot in hell.
"Human Suffering" for WHO? 3000 us people killed by US govt, 600 DEAD troops killed by these morons trying to advance their own personal agendas of a NWO. 600 mums and dads that have not said goodbye. Hey Bush, why dont you send your daughters over????????
bush is so deceptive and dumb minded. created a picture that did not existed. the terrorist came from Saudi and Afghanistan. such gibberish. always changing his stories. he should be convicted of sending troops to die for a reason that was not worth for. that reason was to oust Saddam just because Bush and his administration hated him that much. plain and simple.
I like how you use Lyndie England as a means to chastise "Joe America" for believing the mischaracterization that Iraq was involved in 9/11. Meanwhile you champion the equally flimsy mischaracterization that Bush ever said Iraq was involved in 9/11.
It was heavily implied. His claims of Al Qaeda links to Saddam etc lead people to this conclusion, even though they both hate each other. Nevertheless the yanks bought it.
The polls show that the majority of people still think Saddam had something to do with 9/11. That idea getting into their head was no accident. Lyndie England is a perfect example of this. She claimed abusing Iraqi prisoners was a retaliation for 9/11; the view of the average Joe America.
Lynndie England's ignorant comments DO NOT represent the ideas of the average American. Your problem is that you think you're somehow above average intellectually. For some reason you think the majority of Americans lack the brain power to make realistic deductions from what politicians say. I'll admit it's very easy to push ideas on the public (both sides are guilty of this) but the average individual is not so easily manipulated.
The average American isn't totally retarded, they just lack the tools to know the truth. The mass media in America is the worst propaganda machine in the whole of the Western world, if they see the right things, they could make better judgements.
I'll agree with that. Most American's do put way to much trust in the media, TV particularly. But it misleads in both directions. Most Networks focus on attracting people who are leaning to one direction or the other, then they slowly pull them all the way over.
I feel sorry for him because he's so stupid.

Bush is the worst president ever.
He lied about WMD in Iraq.
He also took a country that was in great shape and turned it into an economic mess.
America had a surplus of money when Clinton left office and Bush spent it all and even had to borrow money from China.
He sat there like he did during 9/11 while things were falling apart.
Look at us now.
This video should be flagged just because Bush is in it.

10 easy steps to create an enemy and start a war:
Listen closely because we will all see this weapon used in our lives.
It can be used on a society of the most ignorant to the most highly educated.
We need to see their tactics as a weapon against humanity and not as truth.
THIS IS HOW TO CREATE AN ENEMY.
THIS IS HOW TO START A WAR.
nerfthegop 3 years ago
First step: create the enemy. Sometimes this will be done for you.
Second step: be sure the enemy that you have chosen is nothing like you.
Find obvious differences like race, language, religion, dietary habits, fashion.
Emphasize that their soldiers are not doing a job,
they are heartless murderers who enjoy killing!
nerfthegop 3 years ago
Third step: Once these differences are established
continue to reinforce them with all disseminated information.
Fourth step: Have the media broadcast only the ruling party's information
this can be done through state run media.
Remember, in times of conflict all for-profit media repeats the ruling party's information.
Therefore all for-profit media becomes state-run.
nerfthegop 3 years ago
Fifth step: show this enemy in actions that seem strange, militant, or different.
Always portray the enemy as non-human, evil, a killing machine.
THIS IS HOW TO CREATE AN ENEMY.
THIS IS HOW TO START A WAR.
THIS IS HOW TO CREATE AN ENEMY.
Sixth step: Eliminate opposition to the ruling party.
Create an "Us versus Them" mentality.
Leave no room for opinions in between.
One that does not support all actions of the ruling party should be considered a traitor
nerfthegop 3 years ago
Ninth step: Design propaganda to show that your soldiers have feelings,
hopes, families, and loved ones.
Make it clear that your soldiers are doing a duty; they do not want or like to kill.
Tenth step: Create and atmosphere of fear, and instability
and then offer the ruling party as the only solutions to comfort the public's fears.
Remembering the fear of the unknown is always the strongest fear.
nerfthegop 3 years ago
Seventh step: Use nationalistic and/or religious symbols and rhetoric to define all actions.
This can be achieved by slogans such as "freedom loving people versus those who hate freedom."
This can also be achieved by the use of flags.
Eighth step: Align all actions with the dominant deity.
It is very effective to use terms like, "It is god's will" or "god bless our nation."
