@tmac20031 The amount of energy you can get from a lightning bolt is very low. It isn't worth harnessing. Don't believe me? There's numerous sources saying the same exact thing!
"I'm pretty sure you said lightning doesn't strike the same Place twice" I'm pretty sure the CNT gets hit by lightning all the time. It's a huge lightning rod... Helps keep Toronto safe during storms like this. Wish people would stop being so American and not know shit about our country.
Great video! I really enjoyed seeing the still from each slip of the lightning bolt touching it. Isn't it amazing how it's wraps around like that? I live down in South-west Ohio and believe it or not we had some very intense lightning last night as well! Flashes every second for half an hour! Either way, I'm doing kind of a mini survey, and I was curious, how often do severe lightning storms like these come to your area? And would you say they've become more frequent in the past year?
I want this video on my R230 unit.

I think the CN tower should get it's power from Lighting and feed the whole city..That would be the best because we won't have to cause poiliution
NEstudios1 6 months ago
@NEstudios1 It does it uses the power...
jazzdhillon100 6 months ago
@jazzdhillon100 Uh no, it goes directly to the ground as there is no way to harness lightning strikes.
gailgrove 5 months ago
@NEstudios1 not possible as of yet. the power surge from the lightning is too much for any of the storage system we have created.
ROFLOFAO 6 months ago
um no it attracts lightning because its so f'N big and needs a rod to safely disperse the electricity so that it's safe dumb ass
