It´s funny to read the comments since I was crewchief on this car. It´s a 526 Hemi that runs on pure Methanol(alcohol) and what Tore is spraying on the injectorplates is antifreeze because it i

will freeze there on idle when it try to suck a lot of air in a small space. The overdrive on the blower is 20 percent and the engine shifts at 10 grand. Best performance is 6.11@236 mph. Car and team is from Sweden.

@KPkbg i have a 81 camaro with a 540 merlin2 flying toilett set up on it i use either booze or nitro with 85% nitro i pulled off a 6:60 208mph with no blower then got kicked off the track because my cert is for 7:50 due to my car being a backhalf job i just wanted to go faster than popeye

they dont run straight up on nitro but they run sum nitro in the engine.

that is alcohol. its to clear everything up before the nitro pump is turned out. cause if you run it straight nitro you are gonna blow your engine apart. dont argue with me my dad works on one. also, i love the sound of a supercharger. reminds me of rockingham drag way.

That's anti freeze to keep the intake from icing (because the methanol cools so much when it's condensating, if I remember correctly). And the engine is a 526 Keith Black Hemi! I just can't understand why everybody doesn't love that sound...

lol. antifreez doesnt burn, that would be race gas, alcohol burns super cold to the point of where it frosts up the injectors. witch you are on the right track there, but it actully depends on the temp. of the day too. mostlikey its somewhere in the neighbor hood of 110 - 114 octane.

race gas, alcohol burns super cold so they need to spray "petrol" in the intake on warm up because the injectors actully frost
