black culture is the true problem. black kids should not have to have it imposed on them to work hard, not steal and not be a menace to society. this should be built into their culture and come from their parents. black culture glorifies a lack of education, violence, promiscuity, etc. and that's the REAL problem that no one is talking about

Other cultures and races, including africans, come here and don't have to be told to work hard, treat other people well, don't kill your neighbors, etc. and that's because their culture is different.I bet other countries laugh at how black children can't learn because they're too busy trying to kill each other and no one in their home has told them to work hard and value education.
