How do you make sure the straps fit you?

Cool and simple t-shirt recon: Take a fitted v-neck tee (stretchy), at the collar take the center of the v and the front side of one sleeve and gather it together so it looks like it's ruched, sew, pin with a broach, or tie with a ribbon: it's best to do it when its on you. Makes a cute and fashionable neckline out of a plain old tee. Could do this on both sides but not all the way from the center of the v-neck. Wear a tank top underneath! VERY EASY.
