The admiral works a treat as a recovery craft in the vid!

Have one myself , found too slow with twin electrics , Doing .28 nitro / stern drive conversion . Should make it a little more interesting ... Hull needs stiffening though.

It looks like the props are cavitating on the electric boat. See all the water being thrown up in the air? I have seen similar boats that go much faster. This boat should be going faster. Perhaps move the batteries further aft or add weight in the back to keep all of the prop in the water! ;-)

I have a Nitro Vee its a great boat. It has a built in electric starter for the engine and should it stall theres no need for a push. It has a back up return to shore electric motor. And its very fast.

i just got one and timed it gps style!! 11 mph. :( have you done any mods? i'm going to do a prop change and hull wax for a little more speed. awsome hull i have to admit.(the main reason for the purchase. i had to install new and longer cooling lines(fish tank air hose is perfect!) just wondering what you've got for speed so far.

Damn, The Admiral looked like it wanted to zip, but never got there. I really thought it had the guts after seeing the first clip. You going to tweak it, new batt pack, then props / motors. Be nice to see it in stages if you do. Earnt it just because it saved you a swim. Nice clip.
