Why do i have to grind mobs to get the best weapons in game?

Brawler/Boss, Tree Hit, NOt in face, 2h Mastery, and up to Waaagh in boss but dont take waaagh.

@ufcluvah That's what full sov gear and mythic weapons with the best talis in-game gets you. It's not impressive, really. It's more hilarious how hard a dps tank hits though.
