Dynamite D was a mentor to me and helped me understand this crazy world we call pro wrestling. He taught me how to love and respect the wrestling community.
We're doing a tribute show for Darren this Saturday April 9, 2011.
D really was the greatest, in and out of the ring. I know people say it often, but he TRULY was one of the greatest friends a guy could ever have. If it wasn't for him, it would have never been possible for me to be in this business, he's the guy that gave me my first opportunity back in 1998. We'll never forget Mr. 80's DYNAMITE D!!! Happy 40th B-Day to D on 11/21/09!!!

The song in the video is called "Life Is Too Short," performed by the Scorpions from their 2001 Acoustica album
If any of you are familiar with SWF (Slammers Wrestling Federation) That was where I remember growing up with him and him really getting into wrestling. He was my favorite wreslter, along with Jeff and of course my dad "movie star mike"... And the only one who got me to clean my room as a little girl lol. RIP Darren. You will be terribly missed... And your death came as a shock to us all, and made my dad cry. Love you!
Great Job on the video, seeing it it at the celebration of D's life was a very moving experience. D's certainly left a great legacy behind as well as scores of friends and fans. Most importantly he made a DIFFERENCE! I miss you D!
Roger
P.S. What is the song and artist in the music you used? Absolutely perfect.
I was bless to meet him and see him perform! By far the best. We love you Darren for everything you've given us and that is being friend to all of us! Much love to you and your family!
Quote "The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate and to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well." - Ralph Waldo Emerson Darren did live it well!!!
