Elites are also stronger to. Spartans have armor that enhances their combat abilties and protects them but Eltes have armor that is made for protection only. So technically Elites(Sangheili) are stronger.

4 6 5 4 5 3 4 where 1 is the one at the lift and 7 is near the prophet's body

After you complete the vidies. Brainpan, Annual, Lightswitch and 7on the 7th are the four in halo 3. 3 more in ODST.

Brainpan. get al the mythic skulls. Annual. Finish last mission of campaign on legendary with iron skull, all in ghosts. Lightswitch. Become a Lieutenant. 7 on the 7th. Get 7 exp in any playlist of the 7th of any month. Thats all so far. Goodday/night.
