2 Months at UKSA

i completed my ocean yachtmaster course at uksa- thoroughly enjoyed it. I had plenty experience on boats before it and it was a way of getting the qualifications- great video

Fair point but if you are going to make the point you may as well do the whole job and suggest some place that are better ??!!

I would recommend getting on a boat first and learning that way, then doing the courses as you go along. You can't learn skills in 3 months that it takes you years to master. People who come out of UKSA have a reputation for being highly over-qualified without the skill set to go with it. Having said that it will get you a job at the end of the day.

As for better places to go than UKSA, nowhere has a worse reputation so you can take your pick.

What course are you doing at UKSA in September? Im goin aswell to do the MYST! Starts 22 Sep.

I'm doing Marine Hosiptality and I'm doing all four modules, so I'm gonna be there from the 8th september to the 10th October I think. Whats MYST? Sounds like something I'm not doing!!

UKSA! I miss that place so much! I spent a week or so there last summer, it was the best time of my life.

I'd love to spend my whole summer there!
