ok, this may be difficult as i mucked about with this myself, it's in a different key from the original...

the chords are:

G D C D (verse)

Em D C G Em A C D Cadd9 (chorus)

Obv i manipulate the chords slightly but you'll prob get that from the video itself. If not let me know and I'll help you out.
