Its seems to be interesting! I would like to have complementary information, e.g. which were the operations, flowchart, the graphical design of the web. I only see one guy doing something but I dont see what. Perhaps one URL to the page? One conclusion of the test?
How can I get more information to see what is really happening?
Do you use screen capture software as you run the test? Do you do retrospective recall afterwards?
