Only obscenely obsessed people would buy this, change the games to digital distribution and make it more streamlined, a slide-pad instead of the original joystick, and lose the triggers. A SD or internal memory and VMU emu rather than throwing an entire VMU would be a better decision, but one that would take work.

@cubeb3 SD card slot allows you to run custom Dreamcast operating system called "DreamShell" directly from SD card. "DreamShell" adds a lot of cool features, like ability to playback MP3s and OGGs, etc., but most importantly, it includes ability to run ISO images directly from SD cards, allowing you to play backups and homebrew :)
