ESR750 is a great e-scooter. Been riding one in NYC for almost 2 years now. Only thing needed IMO - lighter, fast charge lithium batteries and more durable motor.

The Goped website claims a range of 8 miles at 20 mph, assuming flat smooth terrain and a 160-lb rider. So I guess 24 minutes. Competitors' scooters are similar.

The competitors motors are weaker and less durable though. Those chinese scooters have the wattage but thier motors burn out quickly.

The Go-Ped ESRs are the Ferraris of electric scooters because of their very high quality and high top speed for electric scooters (20 mph in Turbo mode, versus the 15 mph top speed of most other electric scooters). Also, a stock Sport would easily make it up that hill, and in saying that, ANY Go-Ped could make it up that hill.
