no he doesnt. saddleseat show horses often use tail extentions in the show ring 2 make their tails look long and pretty. they just didnt have it wrapped 2 show ppl how long and thick his tail is. one of the horses i ride has a tail that drags 3 ft on the ground :)
We have a lot of hunter western horses with long tails. Chief has the longest and he's a hunter horse
