as a sage he can pretty much take on even druids and beserkers cause usually when i used him in it he'd usually use thunder and just critical the heck out of pple. as for amelia, paladin. it suits her, and with that legendary lance, she pretty much can put even lyon in his place, and if its a support connection between any of them, you'd have the game won with no need for anymore help.

But,that's my opinion, i shall respect everybody elses belief of who'd they be better as.

Having trained them now, I think I can safely say that they're just good characters, no matter what class you make them.

But if you skip to the end of this playlist, you'll see why Druid!Ewan owns my heart now.

understandable. indeed they are good no matter what class...It's just to me, people use ross as beserker or warrior alot and amelia alot as a general and ewan alot as a druid or summoner...so i wanted to try ross as a hero amelia paladin and ewan sage...i mean, there aint nothing wrong with characters being a little...unorthadox...right?..­.besides, the way i see it, i like mines how they are... the only thing that get on my nerves are those dam archers and snipers but i let neimi deal with them.

that especially goes for ross since most pple have him use the axe...i mad him best with the sword...and as he is he even owned my lute andgiliam in sage and general mode..as well as seth, joshua, erika, and marisa....it scared me just seeing it...the last battle was with josh tho, and he almost lost with about 13 hp left...until ross pulled of a critical with a iron blade...and at that moment joshua had like...43 hp left, cause josh was fast as hell but once pulled off the critcal, it was over.

I'd hate to say it, but ross is better as a hero. i respect all of u guys opinions but i made him into a hero ameilia into paladin, and ewan into a sage. i mostly liked ross as a hero, though, cause when i made him one and gave him the audhulma as well as a killing edge, he practically was untouched, as well as 1 hit ko'ed the sacred demon in one blow, plus, when u think about it, ross actually looks badass as a hero, and he pretty cleard lagdou ruins 10th floor alone..as for ewan sage. he owns

We're not sure yet. There is going to be a montage of sorts showing the Trainees getting er trained. Of which we have recorded a little more than half, and the rest has been delayed due to Real Life Events and Crisis so, probably not for a while. Unfortunately. We are, however, looking forward to completing it. :)

Ross: Hero

Amelia ( 3rd Favorite Character): Great Knight or Paladin.

Ewan (5th Favorite): Ewan is Bad ass. I lean more towards either Sage or Druid, because of the Magic stat being higher than the mage knight, but the mage knight comes with a +3 defense over the other two... so, if you want a defensive Magic user with high mobility, MK, but higher magic goes to the Druid, which is one higher than sage. Plus Druid has the most powerful magic out of the three, so, Druid FTW!

As I've said, I don't like the Trainee units at all save Ewan personality wise, and I probably won't watch many of the videos, but, I still feel as I should give my input.

Ross: Preference. I'm a sucker for Heroes, but he does well as a Warrior or Berserker. Your call, Rondie.

Amelia: Paladin. IMO, General!Amelia is overrated. Paladin suits her far better.

Ewan: Druid. I WOULD say Mage Knight, since he's the only viable Male Mage Knight, but...well, that probably wouldn't sit too well.

Ross: Pirate/Beserker. Please don't ruin ross. He does much better as a beserker. I will make a whole rant about it.

Amelia= General General Caps are some of the best. And she does cap a few of them.

Ewan=Super Pupil. Oh, wait. Have you beaten this game yet? Do Druid, I've never seen him as a Druid.

One reason I was leaning toward Warrior!Ross is for the chance for him to use the Brave Bow. Warriors actually make excellent bow-users, especially with the Brave and Long bows, due to their high Con.

And no, this is my first play through of the game, so no Super Pupil. :( But I am all for Druid!

And I think you guys have sold me on General!Amelia. XD

I use Garcia for the bows, I spent an hour just getting him to S in Bows. Bows aren't that great of a weapon anyway (although I like them :D)

Berserkers have the same skill as swordmasters and with killer axes will be able to critical around 70% of the time. Warriors maybe get 50%.

For Ross, either a Hero or a Warrior, I've always trained him to be a Berserker, i want to see him as one of the others.

Amelia, a General, because as far as i know, she is the only female character to become a General.

And Ewan, i would say a Druid or a Summoner. I've tried training him as a Mage Knight and his stats were low, L'Arachel was a better Mage Knight then Ewan
