Certain black folks have longer arms, fingers, and legs, even at the same height as white or asian when you pair them side by side. Short torsos and longer limbs are great for running sports. A 6'3" asian bball players may be tall but has shorter arms, while a 5'7" black dude has a boxer's wingspan of 6'1"??!! So spend your life doing what your own people do best not trying to be like others.

i can dunk a dodge ball with ease but i cant dunk a freshman ball yet..but before this week i couldnt even touch rim let me tell you the secret! i start from out side the 3 line swing my arms and space my legs for momentum and plant my left foot for left side and i promise it will help you get up!

Um that's cool. I'm 5'11 175 and could dunk in games when I was a sophomore. I can't anymore though since Im out of high school and dont play as much but it wasn't that hard just kept dunking on the highest i could on an adjustable until it got there

Work on excersized designed to imporve jumps. If you are not already doing them they should add quality inches to your hops.

Get in the gym. Honestly, working out is like steroids. It makes a good player great. an average player good.
