BladeRunnerBlues this is a wonderful tutorial. I've watched it twice and I've learned a lot. I'm still working on Crysis, it's not for the faint of heart. Crysis is much harder than I ever thought. Your tutorial has been an unbelievable help to me with Crysis.
@Imragnar1 glad to be of help. I found the gameplay of both games to be identical (with maybe a few minor differences). So the tactics used in Crysis Warhead can also be used in Crysis ... as you found out ;-)
On delta difficulty I didn't kill anyone until I had to secure the beach bar area.Later in the game I took the camera at the crash site without any one seeing me....even in the underground mine you can sneak by without killing.....
@skerryred lol that product seems counter intuitive. I prefer using a playstaion controller, especially since I game a lot on both the PS3 and the Xbox 360. But the g13 looks ... interesting. I might try it someday.
@BladeRunnerBlues yes I have always preferred keyboard to joystick on FPS games. so I have gone from Belkin n52t to Logitech G13 just much more. I have used xpadder and game profiler before just have so much issues with the mouse control and not getting it right...can't duplicate the feel on the mouse
if you wanna stay unrecognized while engaging a group of hostiles, try to kill them from the last one to the first, from the back to the front if they all look into one way
I usually kill the ones furthest away first, because headshots become impossible if they get alerted and start moving about. The nearest guards are easier to hit, even if they are firing at you. Which is why I recommend lying prone before attacking.
This is a walkthrough and tutorial, on how to play Crysis Warhead with stealth.
The first few levels are done at a slower pace on purpose, so that people can get a feel for the stealth approach. The later levels are beaten quicker. Keep watching and you'll see.
One last point, there are a lot of knuckle heads around who just run through the level getting their asses shot up. Crysis Warhead is quite forgiving to these morons on all difficulties except delta. Remember that.
um.... ive notice in your videos, that you use more energy in cloak moad when ur running. so the obvious aolution is to not run, but walk while using cloak.
You are absolutely correct. Ideally, you should be crouching or crawling, to get the most time out of the cloak. I would recommend this to all beginners.
For more advanced players, the following is recommended. While cloaked, run in short bursts, in between cover. Recover your energy and run again. This way is much quicker than walking or crawling. But you have to plan ahead.
You're right. The gun is a lot more stable since there is less of a kick when you fire. I do use that mode occasionally, but I clearly haven't so far in these walkthroughs.
lol XD Box feel on him after he's down.

ive always thought the suit energy depletes too easy.hope they fix this on crysis 2.
amazo88 2 years ago 4
or maybe mod it
lillen300 2 years ago
u can mod it?well, maybe since the nano suit is still a prototype in this game.i'll just hope they have a better nano suit in the next game.
amazo88 2 years ago
yeah but i guess it was supposed to be realistic and kinda modern a little so the suit is like in its early stage so its not as could as it could be

One thing thats bad in crysis if a guy see you for like 1 sec and then you kill him he alerts every single guard nearby.

He's doing that so you know all the details on how to beat the level. If you don't like it-piss off.

nomad voice must be weird because that grunt voice sounds like a man.

can the same program your using work for the 360 controller?
Emone11701 3 years ago
Technically yes, but not with Crysis/Crysis Warhead. Crysis forces a horrendous control scheme on you.

BladeRunnerBlues 3 years ago
you should really try using semi-automatic firing mode. u waste less bullets and it's just a quick, one-bullet kill if you get a headshot.
