It's not stock. The only non OEM parts in the motor are 11:1 pistons and ARP rod bolts. It's a DE block and head with some HR parts in it. I wired it up to use a 350Z ecu, and the ECU is unlocked and tunable with UpRev's Osiris software. It has the usual bolt ons and some minor custom stuff. It actually makes (now) 265whp, but we have to detune it (to under 255whp) to run in NASA TTB class.

We went back to the dyno with new headers and a gutted intake manifold from NWP Engineering. We didn't pick up much peak power, but ...... +30who and +22 ft/lbs over the old set up at redline. Big gains from 6k up and I bumped the redline to 7300 because the power was holding so well.

Its basically a sentra with a V6. Nothing crazy, just a freaking great car!

NASA Mid-Atlantic hosted the event so naturally, a lot of the cars were NASA prepped cars. NASA's rules say the spoiler can't be more the 8" higher than the roof line.

Chances are, even the car with the goofy spoiler...... is faster than yours :D

the rough specs are: ~2800lbs, ~250whp and ~250wtq from a Maxima VQ35DE V-6

It's all in the driver, chassis and suspension set up, and part selection.

The car still has more in it ;)
