@passwordsFTW Because Nintendo stopped making copies of the game less than 6 months after it was released. I guess it was mainly used as a "collector's edition," but that's a bad move as it's the only way in the United States you can play the first two games using the Wii controls (outside of importing the Japanese versions, of course)
@passwordsFTW I personally find the Wii controls to be better, but the GameCube ones are by no means bad. As for how "easier" they are, I think the Wii controls are a tiny bit easier to get adjusted to but they're about the same to me.

He's too hard? I beat him on my first try without much problems. Do you know how to beat him, or is there something else that's causing you to get killed?
Use the Boost Ball to get out of the way faster. His roll doesn't do much damage, unless you're like a magnet to him or something. Stay near the edge of the room when he does his rolling attack.
I'm wondering, there's a normal and a veteran difficulty but isn't veteran just what normal used to be on the original and normal being real easy? That's the impression I'm getting although I don't have the game.
This was the one thing that wrecked Prime 3 for me. If they were to call it "easy" or "casual" than people could get it but normal you'd think would be in the middle. It's hard to believe that one wrong word can wreck an entire game.
Do you mean "favorite" Metroid game? Well, I have two favorites. My favorite sidescrolling Metroid game is definitely Super Metroid, and my favorite Prime game is definitely the first Metroid Prime. Retro just did so many things right that I instantly fell in love with it.

Absolutely. This game IS definitely a must-have, especially if you haven't played these games before. You are missing out on 3 very epic adventures; fighting bad guys, exploring vast worlds, collecting upgrades, and engaging in epic boss battles.

Yeah. Hypermode (which you unlock after beating the game once) is basically the hard mode of the game.

It's probably my GameBridge, but the game looks pretty clear on my TV. There have been some texture enhancements in the Trilogy version, though.
