IF ITS THE RUSSIAN AIR FORCE 1 THEN YES but not U.S well unfourtantely say ''no'' to such a beautiful machine designed by soviet aircraft maker tupolev patened and develped from the TU-95 ''bear'' a cold war icon and nuclear bomber also from tupolev engines that produce 15,000 HP [no kidding!] and the unique swept wing configuration that is the only propeller/turboprop airliner to have them plus the largest prop/turboprop airliner ever made shattering the L-1940 starliner by over 50 feet
