if you can do the figure 8 with glowsticks, you can do this, just lose the glowsticks, and open up your hands, add your own stuff in to mix it up, too easy

this isnt nothing new ! .... this is just an open hand version of the figure 8 used way back in the rave days. Liquid Raving kills Tecktonic any day... Shuffling is way more fun and less spastic than this.

@xtremestyling97 start out with right up and left down. twist your wrists so your palms are facing out, and fingertips pointing strait ahead. twist again so your right is down and your left is up. and then put your arms together like youre holding someone in a stunt, palms up. i guess it all depends on if your left dominate or right. Also its like Playing guitar is how someone told me. i play so it came naturally. its not all about the hands, its bout the arm movements too.
