I support this movement, but this only shows a censored, PG version of reality; much of which is happening in western nations who have policy to prevent torture.
Drugs, HIV & Pain are a human affliction & assistance needs to be provided to all in need, with the most vulnerable served first. May the west be shamed on its deliberate, targeted mismanagement of these issues, while the developed world loses thousands of lives to these afflictions every day, while waiting for help
