Ive been using Game Editor for a long time & I don't have anything bad to say about the engine. It does everything you would want it to do & more. Scripting is easy and makes sense & if you don't know how to script something, there is always someone in the community willing to help. Game Editor is the best 2d game engine!

@mmusicall Yes. Porting a Game Editor game to iOS is relatively simple, though I would recommend reading the essential tutorials first. Check out the Game Editor forums, there are some pretty good explanations to be found.

@iTutorialsPivot Game Maker is easy to use, but is bloated and laggy in general. I don't recommend using it if you want your game to work properly. Its games can also be decompiled very easily.

I keep asking round- HAS GAME EDITOR STILL GOT COMPATIBILITY WITH MORE RECENT GP2X CONSOLES LIKE WIZ/CAANOO? come on, people buy them just for emulation- but someone out there has to have tried to play a GP2X export of a GAME EDITOR game on wiz/caanoo by now- want to know if i can make games for them.

You need as much as zero experience (at least that was the case with me when I started). There are many good tutorials, demos, possibilities to mess around and a helpful online community that will answer any question.
