I would try to tell them about this interview and that they were both in the same room together so they're obviously two different people. I was just a kid so I wouldn't have know to say Paul was Percival Pringle and Brother Love's real name is Bruce Pritchard. But it really used to bug me when people would tell me I was wrong. I guess I used to take wrestling too seriously!

Normally, based on Brother Love's Brother Love Show character, I would agree. However, Brother Love the manager at ringside with The Undertaker, was a lot more dark.
Brother Love was a lot less comical and campy at ringside than he was on the Brother Love Show. He would periodically bark orders at Taker and Love would have a menacing look on his face. He would walk very slowly and quietly to the ring with Taker. But he definitely was a lot less comical. Because of this, I didn't mind the pairing at all and rather enjoyed the role of the twisted preacher guiding the career of The Undertaker.
Love the sarcasm. I was fine with Love as a manager and would have been if he stayed on longer term. Paul Bearer was fine when he first debuted but became far too comical when Taker became a face.

And so it began. Although it looks like the wwe is bringing the story full circle as the undertaker's careeer is going to wind down. Can't wait to see what way they take the latest taker/kane fued now with paul berrer in the mix. Should bbe a great fued.
I admit it: Brother Love was before my time. But it seems to me like he and The Undertaker are probably the oddest wrestler/manager pairing I've ever seen. I guess we're lucky that Brother Paul (Oddly enough, Taker called him that during the Ministry of Darkness stuff) came along instead.

And so it began. Although it looks like the wwe is bringing the story full circle as the undertaker's careeer is going to wind down. Can't wait to see what way they take the latest taker/kane fued now with paul berrer in the mix. Should bbe a great fued.

I admit it: Brother Love was before my time. But it seems to me like he and The Undertaker are probably the oddest wrestler/manager pairing I've ever seen. I guess we're lucky that Brother Paul (Oddly enough, Taker called him that during the Ministry of Darkness stuff) came along instead.
