Your dynamics could use far more contrast, although it could be the positioning of the mics. It does sound a bit flat-line. I played this piece with the CalArts percussion ensemble at a dedication to John Cage at the Modern Museum of Art in LA.

Your first words of your original comment are "it sucks ...." I don't really understand how you expected any other response than the one you've received.

Also, Liggeti and Boulez are completely different composers than John Cage. I don't see the connection that you have presented there.

I am very open minded, but when you blatantly disregard an interpretation of a work without backing up your opinions I have no choice but to disregard you.

Some of Player 1's parts are arguably too soft. I know they are marked "Piano," but it's important to remember to play according to the ensemble setting...in this case, a quartet.

Still, VERY fine job. Really well done.
