  • hey hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin got really defined Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

  • I have heard that cardio should be at least 20 or 30 minutes every day. Is it ok if I do some cardios like this one(10 mins) everyday? Tnx

  • DUDE! I DID THIS TODAY AND WAS HELLA HARD! but felt like I was really pushing myself so its definitely effective!

  • Instead of doing all in a row do 2 then rest for 30 seconds and have a drink then do other two adn do this for 5 minutes

  • @iliveonjupiter That's a good way of doing it when you're just starting out, but as you get better, you need to decrease the rest time and make the work harder, otherwise, eventually, you'll be doing something that isn't hard... and that won't burn any fat.

  • @satishsatishiyer well what i did is i went on google and wrote how many calories will i burn... it came up with a lot of answers. one of the thing i rember of the top of my head is that sprinting...per hour....you will lose 1250 calories on average. walking up the stairs and down it.....per hour burns 1000.if u dont know what calories are.....then there are roughly 3500 calories in a pound and 14 pound in a stone.Hope it helped :)

    yes you can. the goal in this workout is speed and the rest periods short. i'm a really fit athlete and this is tough because it makes your legs burn like crazy. THIS IS A MUST DO!

    after 4 sets? None. Losing fat is not just about doing this workout. YOu must have a CLEAN diet and weight training program. This workout is intense but this alone wont get you fatloss

  • @lildvdboss93 but if i keep working on my cardio hard enough, its possible to get positive results right? i stay from bad fats as much as possible now .. but i am not sure how far i can go with that ..

    The only way to lose fat is clean diet, weight training(VERY IMPORTANT) and cardio. Also, you will need a calorie deficit so it's not all about fats. Cardio alone will deliver some results but not amazing nor fast ones and you will lose muscle, and you dont want that because more muscle = higher metabolism = more fatloss. Fatloss becomes easy when you know that it's hard.

    i get the diet part, weight training .. not sure about that entirely .. is that just plenty of running and dropping my weight with that?

    what do you recommend about the protein shakes .. i hear that unless if i dont work out very seriously, its going to be actually counter productive .. is that true? or in small amounts its still fine? or is it best i should just stay away from it using it to recover at all?

    Heres the deal if i do this once a day and have a healthy diet.

    I have lots of sleep and lots of water (since i am vegetarian)

    Will this help me get six packs in lets say 3 months.. and also i wanna get to 65 kgs.. (I am at 76 kgs) how much time will it take...

  • @satishsatishiyer it is not healthy to lose more than 1 or 2 pounds a week (i think that this is equivalent to .5 to 1 kg a week)so you should have just enough time to lose the weight healthily. losing weight too rapidly is not medically advisable.
