Maintenance missions from low-earth orbit to geosynchronous orbit

If you needed to launch with a robotic arm, you'd likely need a larger booster then the Ares I. I perceive a need for an Atlas V or Delta IV, so the service module could be loaded with all the goodies needed for a long duration mission. I love the Orion mission profiles loaded here.
