I forgot all about this song. I busted out PSO the other day and went to working on my HUCast. I was trying to finish the VHard quests when Central Dome Fire Swirl opened up. It wasnt long until the memories came flooding back.

They're both embarrasing songs, except the japanese one is embarrasing in a cool way, and the english one is plain embarrassing. This isn't just my opinion. It's also a fact! (it isn't). I do enjoy the japanese one more cos he sounds as funny here as he did in daytona. The American guy sounds as bad as he did in Daytona CCE and Sonic Underground

@tehwat94 Nothing spectacularly wrong. Just embarrassing to listen to at high volume. The robot voice "Burning" does sound naff and like a mistake never removed, I think the tune sounds pretty generic and cheap sounding, along with the american singer guy. Thing is, I think that with a bit more polish and sticking with the japanese singer guy, this tune could have been as awesome and hilarious as the original Daytona ones. As they stand, I unfortunately prefer to skip them.

@RazoTricks GBR is part of the Japanese PSU PC/PS2 PSO 10th anniversary event (along with MAG 2nd which TAKES FOREVER) and it's pretty damn awesome, because this music always plays. :D

i heard the ENG ver of this on PSU2 on psp...and it doesnt even come close to the JPN ver...gosh! i was like..OMG!!!! its actually on the PSP!!! then...it was in ENG....you dont know how much i was dissapointed....

@fuexiong I dunno brah, the English vocalist for this song is pretty damn good. He's pretty damn passionate, and his voice fits the song pretty well. That's not to say the Japanese vocalist isn't good, they just have different voices. It might also be that the English version feels more cohesive for me, if only because the Japanese version has English and Japanese vocals, whereas the English version is monolingual. If the Japanese version had purely Japanese vocals I might prefer it.

all im just saying is that the JPN just sounds more better thats all. it just makes you wanna go and do something heroic or cool. i know that the japanese arent good at pronouncing engrish words, but i think thats what makes it cooler. but, i guess you can stick to the eng, while i stick the the JPN...haha no just kidding. but i guess they're both good..

@RottenMandarinOrange i don't know if english is your first language or not, but if it is your ears might be conditioned to accept english as more pleasing than any other language, that could make the english version seem better?
