Every time i turn on my zen creative[8g] it says "firmware problem".then when i try to conect it to my pc to update it,it doesnt say that a device has been conected.same when i do so with to my xbox360.HELP PLZ :| :P
that happened to mine and i messed everything up. I ended up paying 20 bucks to send it into creative to get a new one. But i had a creative zen vision m 60 gb.. but its the same problem.
Seems RockBox ran out of steam in being completed for the ZVM, which is a real shame.

that happened to me but i fixed it, hit the reset button and hold the play button and that fixed mine

try hiting the reset butten it whont wipe its memorey but reset it

Reload the standard Creative firmware onto your ZVM.
