OMG! you are so good at this! could you please tell me how in the world do you do headshots I've tried so many times and never been successful' and does that glitch work on the xbox360 as well as the pc?

you gotta have your adrenaline bar full (that yellow Lara icon on the top-left corner) and then, in the 360 version, press X close to an enemy. During slow motion, you will have to guide the red crosshair to the white one on the enemy and then fire.

Awesome find! :D Looks like a quite useful new glitch which might benifit speedrunning considerably like the left-roll bug in Legend and Anniversary.

what was the left-roll bug?

A famous glitch found by a player called Gandarufu, which can be widely used in Legend and Anniversary. The method to do it is to keep drawing your pistols out and press "left" + "roll" at certain place, then Lara will "fly" upon a wall and immediatly get to a higher position. You can go to a site called SpeedDemosArchive and check the fastest compeletition (speedrun) of Tomb Raider Legend done by British player Shaun Friend. He used tons of left-roll bugs in that speedrun.
