Please spend your 20 bucks, register with a reputable e-signature services and stop messing with the wealth of your clients.
Or just use DocuSign electronic signatures... NAR endorsed, secure, legal, accepted by FHA... not sure if copying and pasting works, especially for your clients.
what program are you using? and i cant tell by your video quality, but how does the signature look on a professional document like a cover letter for example?
scan their signature and then just print screen it, paste in paint, crop it, paste into a word document and right click>move to back. alot simpler than your programs..

i dont think this is digital signing it's just copying and pasting and image on a pdf.
