  • LOL. I wrote the last comment, but I was logged into my G/F's account on her computer. But yeah, lots of kicking sets with fins and no board where your trying to go underwater as much as you can off each wall and making sure the kicks are small, fast, and from the hips (legs are second, although you'll still kill your legs after a kicking set or a race like that...it is what it is).

  • Thanks. 3-3-3 are good drills for fly and I do a lot of 1 arm as well. Of course 200 meter long course is different unless your refering to 200 short course meters (which is my guess). The training that I've done for fly has mainly been all kick based with fins. Sets like 12x100 kick with fins; Odds going 3,5,7,9 dolphin kicks off each wall by 25s and evens are a constant 5 kicks off each wall. Short course meters...you'd probably want the set to be on 1:45ish holding under 1:00 for sure.

  • Wow dude ur underwater is amazing. plz teach me or give me tips about 200metter fly. i can only do 50metter and im died. wat kind of training and drills do u do?? i do a lot of the 1 arm fly drills, and 3-3-3, and for kicking i do vertical D-kick, and backward D-kick. GOOD JOB!!
