Regarding Ogi, there are optimistics and pessimistics roumors. Some people says that he followed a solo carieer (is enough to seek on youtube Ognan Radivojevic as a singer and you find a lot of clips with him), other are talking about a punishment jail beacause a car accident.
However, in the last tour (Alkhool), Goran appears without Dejan Manigodic (tuba singer). How many replacement will he reserve us ?
If you went to sleep my darling what should we do? If we face the war tomorrow, my shorty, what should we do? As first: lock the door As Second:close the window As third:drop the curtains, We'll stay at home and keep kissing And when the shooting starts We'll cover our heads Underneath a small blanket me and you and the stars, we'll be biting grapes, waiting for the war to pass Take me to the dance, take me to the dance, take me to the dance chiribiribella my shorty
Take me to the dance, take me to the dance, take me to the dance, take me to the dance
But if l leave,
don't forget me
chiribiribella I am going to navy
....(the ladies singing) she doesn't want a fry dough, she wants the chocolate, she thinks that money we can steal the money...
It is hard to translate without knowing the history of the song, where it comes from, what economical factors shaped the region and so on...we could also say it better "we'll be nibbling at grapes" than what i wrote
This song comes from Dalmatia, Croatia and chiribiribella does not mean something in particular except for the last part "bella", which is beautiful in Italian-that is because this region was influenced and owned by Italians in the past where some words come from. The man from the area were mostly sailors and fishermen and often had to leave for a long time to feed families. That's probably why this"she wants a chocolate..." part comes in-chocolate is more expensive than flour and water
Anyone knows what kind of guitar that Goran uses? I want to know the name of it cuz it looks and sounds so good. :)
