i have known Lee Langer for a period of 30 years and regard him as a good friend.
everyone in the community knows exactly what Lee is about. He has been sniffing glue for 30 years and we as a community have accepted that. he does no one any harm whatsoever and quite enjoys it when people like myself take the time out to actually talk to him.
its a shame the same cant be said about our local smack heads.
