  • NOTE TO ALL FANS OF DAVID AVOCADO WOLFE: Avocado is no longer affiliated with Sunfood dotcom or Sunfood products -- for over 2 years now. He recommends the products at LongevityWarehouse dotcom now! (See his Facebook Fan Page, "David Wolfe," for more information in his own words!)

  • I went to this! Thanks, Kevin! But, I think it was April 13, 2008.

  • i used to have raw chocolate occasionally but for the past two months, i've been putting 1 Tbsp in my smoothies everyday and now i have dark circles under my eyes and do not feel well. i just saw a video by kevin which talked about thyroid problems and cutting out stimulants. i got my blood checked, but my levels are normal. however, i heard from a N.D. that it does not show up until you are more than 70% deficient. does anyone know about this?

  • raw cacao totally messes my health up, ive given it up, i think its a great food in moderation for thick people or slow burners that want to loose their appitite, for me it makes me derranged n too thin.

  • @kaiwanmak Well, it is a stimulant... I have been losing weight like crazy since getting on raw choc. In the beginning I ate tons of it, but then it settled down, and I now have it occasionally. When I have some in a smoothie, I add leafy greens, that seems to take the edge off but keeps the good stuff... : )

  • Some people say that caco is not so good for you actually ...

  • Truth you're full of mince! lol

  • Wrong Truth95093...its PROCESSED chocolate that has lead in it from producing candy bars...stripping it entirely of its former natural state.

  • he is amazing! he is a POWERHOUSE of wisedom! i love raw chocolate but makes me too high!

  • Raw cacao is so good! But I only ordered it once: the shipping cost from UK is enormous! I mean, £20 for 1kg!?

    Peace and love, Sweden

  • the stuff i am eating know is so out the window, i am probably eating the best food in my hole country germany. Tommorrow my young coconuts come, i do spirulina, goji berries and cacaao in. Yeah!

  • hey whats the music on the end? i like it

  • I'm 23 and just ate my first raw cacao bean/nut this evening. I really enjoy the taste/texture, but be warned, if you don't like dark chocolate you won't want to eat these on their own, as they're fairly bitter! It is interesting to hear about the calcium/silicone theory. Thanx for posting the vid!

  • iF u dont like dark chocolate, when use the super healty sweetener. Or put those 2 into your smoothies. Or make a cocao milk(coconutwater + cocao + honey) Or just put a bean with some honey in your mouth and ground it !

  • McCainsaLIBERAL? No he's not, he's an el-pinky liberal commie anarchist who wa...Ooops, almost left a bad comment, better eat more Cacao!!

  • i have to juggle my budget to afford.i can...but i'm new to raw and do not know how to budget at all.stuff like spending less on clothing and shoes, and instead of a cooked item,by a smoothie.anyway i know i cant have all the raw foods i want, but what i have is a start.

  • my favorite foods are avocadoes,argula,sprouts,kale,celery,apple,cherimoya,pineapple,mangos,OARNGES,...i'm into a balanced raw diet and that is perfect.my thoughts on chocolate are it is a magical food the best because of its stimulants, thrombeliene,a sister to caffiene and i've heard thier are trace amounts of caffiene in all chocolate but david said once there is none at least in live cocao he said.

  • You have excellent taste, but I read in another of your comments that you can't stay raw because of the cost. First, thank you so much for being honest because that is WHAT MATTERS to foody Truth Seekers like me. Second, I am a spoiled brat who can buy any expensive raw food any time he wants and still struggles with cooked food. SO IT IS NOT COST, IT IS WILL that makes the difference. That is my opinion. Thanks for sharing!! :-)

  • the cost thing is a so stupid excuse. If u buy the cheapest raw food its not more expensive. And hey u got a internet access, maybe a car.... the priority is health. it doesnt need to be organic to get 100% health and wellbeeing. Raw is food, cooked is poision. U dont need poision.

  • Awesome video! Thank you so much! I am 23 and from Minnesota. I live on Sunfood Nutrition's raw cacao as 95% of my diet! I have read all David Wolfe's books too!

  • It is interesting debate, but beware there are Many Raw Food Teachers who TOTALLY disagree with this whole Cacao trip.

i have a hard time believing its Healthy to be eating NOTHING but Cacao or even mostly Cacao, I would be very hesitant to make this a major part of my Diet

  • Many raw food teachers don't know much about superfoods either and I have heard plenty of negative things from them which are complete nonsense as it pertain to cacao, none of which I have experienced. This is the most perfect thing I have even done. I can feel it is right. Anything other than cacao is c^&p by comparison, a joke. That is why I live on raw chocolate. It is the only thing my body wants.

  • So you dont now take in any Raw Greens ?

  • I used to live on raw greens as my diet and I did that for several months. I am not denying my body of anything, only simplifying for higher and higher levels of energy and pure joy with what works best for me out of everything I have tried.

  • hmmm interesting, Check out a video on here titled PROTEIN MYTH, by world class raw vegan athlete , Tim Van orden.

Its a great video. Id like to hear what you think of it
