@Ektherion00 Hmm specifically Sci-fi, guess Elfen Lied, is really more supernatural but has this sci fi twist in it, and it has gore, a lot.. Think you want some spooky atmosphere, and the right anime for that is deffo Ghost Hunt, that's deffo gonna fill your needs, if you want awesome action set in a "fantasy" kinda world: Hellsing Ultimate, A lot of gore, BEATIFUL art, Magnificent story. But Elfen Lied.. perfect for you :)

@icentfindaname its impossible to get the time lines right really, since they overlap each other / occupy the same time as each other. especially when you're talking about the the events of Aegis Colony and Ishimura. that event alone has the Dead Space Comic, Dead Space: Downfall / Dead Space: Extraction, Dead Space 1. Downfall and Extraction overlap the most though they both end with Kellion (Isaac + Crew) going to the Ishimura.
