Also, i have a question you may be able to answer. there is the light and love side but no one can hardly ever explain the dark side. the ghosts and demons. i believe in ghosts but what is their purpose why does their spirit live on, on earth and not reincarnate as other souls do. we can sometimes communicate with the dead. why is this? where are they? and why havnt they moved on? also what about demons where do they stand? why do they exist? is there really such thing as to become possesed?

I am so grateful for Consciousness's question and your answer. My most spiritually aware time in my life as while living as a brahmacharya, voluntarily denying lustful pursuits. I got to a point where I thought I could handle love without lust so I broke that, and found that I was very wrong. Since I did not exercise discernment the others' demands for lust became overwhelming. On the bright side it was a learning experience. I wish this perspective was not so uncommon in the west!
I think the key to how connection happens is the amount of focus you put into the means. Literature works well because while reading, I am not doing anything else. Listening to youtube is much easier to get distracted from, thinking "I can listen while also doing something else". While doing something else while listening to Swamiji, I felt no lessening of doubt. Now, doing the same but with focused attention, doubts seem like such a silly pasttime and transformations begin. :)

Germanium is a good ''anti-aging agent'' as a supplement It's quite expensive but germanium's also found in Goji berrys : ) they are inexpensive and yummi!

wow I was just telling you by mail about my ambivalence about coming to IA even though I sent my intention form already, put Swamiji's pic on my computer screen and began to work hard to find the money when I saw this video! (can't find his video, though) ... Aniway, it seems that for you it was such an "obvious" experience (in the bus, with Swamiji's pic on the meditation center) that maybe I wait for a similar "magical" revelation to feel sure it's my place to be...
@sabbattataya1 I think the key is to know which is speaking, heart or mind, and which you think most worthy of listening to. One speaks logic, the other truth, and those aren't always the same!
@sabbattataya1 Another thing I learned long ago about spiritual practice is that at first it takes effort, seems hard, seems to have bad taste, doubts arise...takes effort to commit to it. Yet with effort/committment to something true to your path, difficult effort becomes natural ease, what at first tasted bitter becomes ever more sweet, and transient doubts of the mind are drowned by the ocean of heart energy. Let the quality of that outcome be the only judge of what is true to your path! :)

Oh my:) I found a ring in my possession, I've no Idea where it came from. It just kinda turned up in my belongings. OM Na mah shi va ya is inscribed on it. I only found out the other day from a friend that this was the chant inscribed ( the chant I'm always listening to on YT) . It's really nice to hear within the same week what it means:) Its a really pretty ring too:)
