Fantastic tips Shannon!! One of my Fav P2 Veggies is asparagus. I like to buy the thin ones. To cook them I just rinse them well but gently pat them so they are still a bit damp. I then sprinkle garlic and onion powder on them toss them on the george forman and grill them up. They are so tasty and go very well with fish and chicken. MCT oil is allowed. It is proven to help the body release fat.
