I was wondering when I speed up on the Roll should I start bouncing the sticks so it kind of sounds like the last couple seconds of a ball dropping on a floor or should i just gradually get faster in the wrist movements
it depends on what kind of roll you're doing. double stroke has controlled bounces (LL,RR,LL,RR etc.) but the buzz roll is, like you described it like the last couple seconds of a ball bouncing on the floor

@rodge2001 The AV sync is perfectly fine, the problem is on your end, I believe.
