Yes, used one for a new one. Now, I agree if is for medications only not for drugs. If it is for drugs, what the hell is a prison promoting drugs within it's prison walls? That means if they do, what will happen when their time is up to be released? They will be a drug attics when they get out and unleash H.I.V. or A.I.D.S. into any community where they will subside.
